Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required
Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will assist you at no additional cost. -
Change of Mind / Customer Remorse:
If you no longer want the item or ordered incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

- Wait for return instructions from our support team
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Ship the item based on the provided instructions
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will assist you with the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
